Overview
Welcome to the Refer A Friend policy at Peak Healthcare Recruitment. This policy is designed to reward you for helping us connect with talented candidates who may benefit from our recruitment services. By referring friends or colleagues to us, you can earn a cash bonus while assisting them in advancing their careers.
Policy Details
- Eligibility: To qualify for the referral bonus, your referred friend or colleague must be successfully placed into a permanent or locum/temp role with one of our clients for a minimum of 25 working days.
- Bonus Amount: You will receive a cash bonus of $500 for each successful referral. This will be paid as a direct bank transfer. Please be aware that payments made directly to your bank account may be subject to income tax.
- Payment Conditions: For permanent roles, the bonus is paid upon the completion of the candidate’s probation period, which may vary based on client requirements. For locum/temp roles, the bonus is paid after the candidate has completed 25 working days on assignment.
Referral Process
You may refer candidates through the following methods:

- Email their details to your designated consultant.
- Have the candidate contact us directly, mentioning your referral.
- Complete the online referral form available at www.peakhealthcarerecruitment.com.au/referafriend/
Privacy and Consent
- Obtain consent from the candidate before providing their details to us. We will confirm their consent prior to processing the referral. Without consent, the referral bonus will not be awarded.
Terms and Conditions

- Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted in writing to Peak Healthcare Recruitment at the time of the initial application. Retrospective referrals will not be accepted.
- Candidate Awareness: The candidate must be aware that they are being referred to Peak Healthcare Recruitment.

Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid following the successful completion of a minimum of 25 working days for locum/temp roles or the candidate’s probation period for permanent roles. No bonus is provided if employment ends during the probationary period.
- Existing Registrants: The bonus does not apply if the referred candidate is already known to or registered with Peak Healthcare Recruitment at the time of referral.
- Placement Requirement: The referred candidate must undertake a placement within six months of the referral date.
- Exclusions: The bonus scheme is not available to consultants or other internal staff of Peak Healthcare Recruitment.
- Referral Limits: There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make.
- Data Use: Information provided will be used solely for the purposes of this referral scheme and will not be shared with third parties.
- Eligibility: The referred candidate must be eligible to work and live in Australia.

Program Changes: Peak Healthcare Recruitment reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw the Refer A Friend policy at any time without prior notice.

Tax Liability: If the bonus is paid via cheque or bank transfer, you are responsible for any tax liabilities associated with the bonus payment.
