Mackay Healthcare Community Centre – Mental Health, Continuing Care Team (CTT)
Description
Join the Continuing Care Team, providing vital clinical case management and therapeutic support to adults aged 18–65 living with significant and long-term mental illness. This role is a chance to make a meaningful impact within the community, delivering recovery-focused care as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Experience and Qualifications Required
- Mental health community case management experience
- Competent in completing an ECG
- Ability to provide intramuscular injections
- BLS competency
- Manual and patient handling
- Infection control
- Aggressive behaviour management
- Mandatory reporting by Registered Nurses, and/or Midwives for reasonable suspicions of child abuse and neglect
- Medications management including QPHS (Drugs and Poisons) Regulations November 2012
- AHPRA Registration
- Rural Nursing, aged care and emergency experience
- BSL and ALS competency
- Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK)
- Manual and patient handling
- Infection control
