Experience and Qualifications Required
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience (preferably in corrections, emergency, or critical care)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach to patient care
- Experience in managing a diverse range of health conditions, including mental health and chronic diseases
- Ability to work in remote or isolated locations
